Last month, I traveled to Hong Kong on business and stayed there for three days. The trip was short-lived, but that didn’t mean I didn’t take advantage of all the free time I had to indulge in Hong Kong deliciousness. It was my first trip back since 2009, except this time I had arrived during the Summer. The humidity was downright oppressive, as if I had hot lotion slathered all over my body every time I walked outside. It was hot, it was sticky, it was abnormally moist, and it was gross, but I enjoyed the short stay.
