Robot Chef is a character I developed for a t-shirt design.  I liked it as a character so much that I decided to use it as a name for my website.

I grew up in the food business, spending countless hours in my family’s restaurant.  While I do not have formal culinary school experience, most of my weekends were spent in the restaurant’s kitchen, preparing food, and honing culinary basic skills since I was 13 years old.  Sixteen years later, dabbling in the culinary arts has become a hobby of mine.

Experimenting in the kitchen is my favorite past time.  The limitations and ingredient combinations are endless.  Not to mention it requires finesse, technique, and a degree of creativity.   I also enjoy taking pictures of food…I’m what you would call a food paparazzo.
