Taking Better Food Pictures

I’m the guy at the restaurant who whips out the camera and takes pictures of the food.  I have a point and shoot camera with me at all times and it’s rare when I don’t take pictures of the food I eat.  If you’re like me or are looking to take your food picture taking prowess to the next level, check out this New York Times article on taking better food pictures.  The first tip focuses on the biggest rookie mistake, taking pictures of food with the flash.  Nothing is more annoying having someone next to you taking pictures with the flash firing constantly.
