Alinea

The 2010 S.Pellegrino World’s Best 50 Restaurants list is now out.  Head on over to the site to see the list.  Even though Noma of Denmark took the highest accolade, restaurants in the US faired well with having three ranked in the top ten.  Alinea ranked number 7 out of the world and number one in North America, so not too shabby.  Seeing that Alinea is only a few miles away from where I live, I don’t think I can wait any longer and better make that reservation soon.
