Once in a while, I break my good eating habits and indulge in one of my vices…pork belly. Oh yes, that magical cut of fatty meat is just too hard to resist. Rather than spending too much time preparing the pork belly marinade, I just bought a jar of pre-made Chinese BBQ Roast Pork Sauce at a local Asian grocery store.
